Taiwan COVID-19 VAT return delays

Taiwan offers delays on Value Added Tax and certain Gross Business Receipts Tax (GBRT).

The new schedule for filing and paying any taxes is as follows:

  • April return – now due 31 May instead of 18 May;
  • May return – now due 30 June instead of 15 June; and
  • June return – now due 2 Aug instead of 12 July.

Further, it is possible to delay these new dates further by application to the tax authorities. This includes agreeing a longer payment plan.

VAT Calc’s VAT Filer can precisely populate any country VAT return with your data from our VAT Calculator or VAT Auditor services
