Increase in arrivals and dispatches goods reporting threshold
Luxembourg has hiked the annual thresholds for reporting the movement of goods from (arrivals) and to (dispatches) other EU member states.
- Arrivals: increased to €250,000 per annum from €200,000
- Dispatches: increased to €200,000 per annum from €150,000

Intrastat was introduced in 1993 with the implementation of the Single Market. This removed customs controls and monitoring on the movement of goods between EU member states. Intrastat is a monthly reporting regime for the largest of intra-EU goods shippers to replace the customs gathering role.
